Welcome to This Flocked Up Life where we dive headfirst into modern motherhoods, chaotic, unscripted reality. Whether you're dancing in the rain or sobbing in the shower, embracing the arrival of new life, or preparing your heart and your child to leave the nest, we've got you, you are not alone.

But by now, you may be wondering, well, who the heck are you simply put, we're Lacey and Becky modern moms just like you? And why should you listen to us? Well, because we're different, yet the same. We're brave, and we're broken. We're a whole lot of fun. Even a little off the rails at times.

We're still learning and we're willing to talk about it. Most of all, because you need a flock'n minute to yourself. We may be the hosts but it's not all about us. Our listener based format means that we're creating a community, not just a podcast. We want to learn from and be inspired by you.
